Working in partnership, we deliver lasting change that transforms lives, strengthens communities, and regenerates neighbourhoods across Birmingham and beyond.

About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to support older people and younger adults (18-49) with additional needs, helping to connect them with local services, community groups, and support networks.
