You can talk to us confidentially about any issues you may be having in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment. These sessions are designed for you, at a time that suits you. They are completely FREE..

Working with key partners across North Birmingham we can provide access to a range of services and activities which boost mental and physical wellbeing.
Get Active Feel Better
We run daily activities from our three venues - Perry Common Community Hall, Erdington Wellbeing Hub and Witton Lakes Eco Hub – with sessions catering for people of all ages and abilities.
Activities include fitness and exercise, meditation, mindfulness, stress and relaxation, diabetes and lifestyle.
