We’re Supporting our Community this National Fuel Poverty Awareness Day
Fuel poverty is a challenge that can affect anyone, not just those within low-incomes households – the pressure is increasing for middle-income homes too. With energy costs spiraling, it’s not just about keeping warm anymore; it’s about maintaining wellbeing in the face of financial strain.
For residents caught in this predicament, the stress can be overwhelming. At Witton Lodge Community Association, we are dedicated to helping our community keep their homes warm without breaking the bank. Our expert energy advisors are supporting residents through advice services, offering a range of resources including Winter Warm Packs and home visits. Since 2023, we’re proud to have assisted over 2,000 members of our community with benefit and energy-related advice and support.
Our Information Advice & Guidance team have the skills and qualifications to support you with benefit and energy related queries and are on hand to help you at our four community hubs across Erdington. Join us for our weekly drop-in sessions at the Erdington Health and Wellbeing Hub on Erdington High Street or at Witton Lakes Eco Hub in Witton Lakes Park.
We also host our regular Energy Cafe at the Eco Hub, where our dedicated advisors are ready to assist you in warm, welcoming environment. Do not hesitate to call our friendly team on 0121 827 6295 for more information or to book an appointment.
