Witton Lodge Community Association has arranged an online information session for business consultancy professionals who may be interested in bidding for the tender on a unique project to transform Erdington.

Business Planning Services experts are being sought to assist a project that aims to establish a new community facility in Erdington by refurbishing the old public baths into an Enterprise Hub.

A short concept study has already been undertaken in order to pursue funding opportunities which have now been secured to carry out further detailed work. Co-working concepts have made provision for the creative re-use of the main pool space and cited precedents that could be drawn-on to develop the project further.

Witton Lodge has appointed an architectural firm to produce a detailed technical report and we now seek to appoint an experienced Business Planning Consultancy to complete our team of project specialists to support successful project delivery.

If this challenge is of interest to you, we have arranged an online information session via Zoom to provide an overview of the project. This will take place on Wednesday 12th August at 3pm for approximately one hour.
