Dance Shop: Fitness Sessions

Are you over 50 and want to get fit, whilst having a great time?  If yes, then we have just the thing for you.

Fitness instructor Keniesha will be leading dance classes with a difference.  The sessions will be a mix of vibrant dance and fitness to strengthen and stretch your muscles and improve your posture.

The sessions are a real mix of styles and it’s your chance to have a go at everything: from Afro-Fusion, Pilates, Yoga and lots more.  It’s great exercise and great fun too!

These FREE sessions take place every Thursday 2-3pm (starting Thursday 16th March) at Perry Common Community Hall, 87 Witton Lodge Road, B23 5JD.  You can book your place by emailing info@keneishdance.com or just come along to the session.
