In The News – April Erdington Local
The April issue of Erdington Local is out now!
This month we discuss our work with key partners, championing health inequalities across the North Locality of Erdington & Sutton Coldfield constituencies. The aim is to develop a sustainable action plan to improve health incomes in the region. We’re keen to get residents input on this important matter through our online survey – please give YOUR feedback regarding healthcare issues in our local area. For more information on this initiative, visit our blog here.
We also shine a spotlight on our beloved Eco Hub after recently welcoming the RIBA West Midlands panel and taking home the title of Highly Commended from the WMCA at the Natural Environment Awards.
And last but certainly not least we say congratulations to our colleague Marcia Lewis on her new appointment as Project Coordinator for Local Economy and we bid a fond farewell to our local butcher Jim Duffell on his well-deserved retirement.
Enjoy catching up on our news below, or you can pick up a copy of Erdington Local at Perry Common Community Hall, Witton Lakes Eco Hub or Erdington Wellbeing Hub (as well as a variety of other venues across Erdington.) For details of all our venues click here.
