SENIOR DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGER
£36.500 – 45,000 p.a.
37 hrs per week, permanent position

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our successful team and deliver our ambitious growth plans.
As part of this role, you will be working closely with the Chief Officer (CO) and play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of the organisation from both a financial and strategic perspective.
You will successfully implement the Association’s development strategy, identifying and responding to new business opportunities and expanding the scope and scale of services that maximise community impact.
To do this, you will be leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver great services.
This really is an exciting role at a time when we have some really exciting plans ahead – and we are looking for an exceptional candidate with relevant experience.
