Witton Lodge is recruiting for a Head of Business Development and Performance

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Hours: 37 per week | Permanent

Location:  North Birmingham

Witton Lodge Community Association (WLCA) is a dynamic, community-led organisation, landlord and social enterprise dedicated to improving lives in North Birmingham. For over three decades, we have worked alongside our communities in housing, health and wellbeing, employment, skills and celebrating community life.

We are recruiting for the role of Head of Business Development and Performance. Reporting to the Chief Officer, you will lead business development, fundraising and social enterprise opportunities, build high-value partnerships and oversee bids and tenders. You will also lead performance reporting, quality assurance, internal governance, risk and compliance, alongside digital transformation and infrastructure service contracts.

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative leader with senior management experience, a strong track record in securing funding and developing income streams, and expertise in performance management, quality and compliance. You will bring excellent relationship-building skills, financial confidence and a commitment to community-led change.
