Halloween Spooktacular a Thrilling Success
More than 300 people attended our first Halloween Spooktacular at Witton Lakes Eco Hub yesterday (October 31st)
Featuring a range of ghoulish attractions such as the Tunnel of Terror, Pumpkin Hunt, Apple Bobbing and Spooky Games, the free event – delivered in partnership with the Active Wellbeing Society, the West Midlands Combined Authority, Transport for West Midlands and Cycling for Everyone – gave local families the chance to dress up and enjoy All Hallow’s Eve together.
Paul Tse, Flourishing Community Development Co-ordinator at Witton Lodge’ helped to devise and manage the event.
“I’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone to attended and supported the event and the staff who worked together to make it a massive success,” he said.
A special mention also goes to members of the Friends of Witton Lakes Group who were on site helping to manage crowd control and assist with the different events.
