Erdington Foodbank Urgent Appeal
Erdington Foodbank has launched an urgent appeal for support following a drop in donations of food and basic household items.
If you can help please take food and supplies to George Road Baptist Church (B23) on Mondays or Wednesdays or Fridays between 10am and 12-noon.
Alternatively you can gift items at Sixways Baptists Church (Wood End Lane) between 10am and 12-noon on the last Saturday of the month.
A spokesman said: “Life is still very hard for most of us in one way or another, but if you’re having to go to a foodbank for food and other everyday necessities it is heart-breaking.
“If you would like to donate but don’t have transport we can collect. Please ring 07892 678554. People who would like to donate money can do so by visiting: www.erdington.foodbank.org.uk
