Online Wellness Workshops to Help You

The Aston Villa Foundation has organised a Wellness Event on Thursday 25th February aimed at 18-30 year olds.

A range of online workshops on a variety of topics will consist of 20 minute presentations led by partner organisations like Birmingham Mind and JobCentre Plus to provide opportunities for people to learn more about available support services and how individuals can develop resilience and coping strategies.

COVID-19 has brought a tidal wave of loss and grief into our communities. Not only have many of us been bereaved, but people are experiencing the loss of a job, financial stability, health, their social world and more.  All this loss leads to a lot of grief and the uncomfortable emotions that go with it.

However, there are things that you can do to be a better griever and that’s what will be covered in this workshop.
