Associate Opportunities – 2026
Established in 1994, Witton Lodge Community Association is a community landlord and a dynamic social enterprise that focuses on ‘people and place’. The Association has overseen the redevelopment of the Perry Common estate in north Birmingham, with over 900 new family homes, complemented by new parks, health, education, and community facilities.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced individuals and organisations who are equally passionate about meeting local community needs and nurturing talent, especially in relation to our priority themes of Health and Wellbeing; Economy, Employment and Skills; Housing and Environment and Community Capacity Building.
Ideally you will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Fundraising including Bid Writing, Tender Submissions and Grant Applications
- Project Development, Delivery, Management and Reporting
- Reviewing and Updating Quality Management Systems inc. ISO and IIP
- Community Capacity Building inc. Governance training; establishing Local Forums such as Citizen Panels
- ICT Support Services for Community Organisations
