On Tuesday October 7th we are hosting a free Universal Credit Workshop to help people who need support to make an application.

The event runs from 2-4pm at Erdington Health and Wellbeing Hub on Erdington High Street. No appointment is necessary, people can drop-in at a time which suits them to receive one-to-one advice and guidance.

Navigating the world of benefits, especially Universal Credit, can feel complicated and overwhelming. So this is a great opportunity for people who need to make a claim but are struggling to understand or complete the application form.

From knowing whether or not you’re eligible to claim it, to actually filling in what can often be lengthy online forms, the process can be confusing.

This workshop will help explain and guide people through the application journey.

Our experienced team of trained and qualified advisors will be able to explain everything clearly, breaking down the application process into simple, easy to understand steps so that you can get the support you need.

They will be covering everything from how to start your claim, to what details and  information you need to include. More importantly, they will be able to give you one-on-one support to help you fill in the forms correctly so that your application gets off to the best possible start.
