Welcome to Witton Lodge Community Association.
We are a Community Association and Community Landlord, established in 1994 by residents in Perry Common, as a response to the announcement that 908 houses would be demolished.
Currently we own and manage almost 200 homes for social rent and a 40-apartment Extra Care Scheme, Sycamore Court.
But we’re not just any ordinary housing landlord. As a Community Association and Community-Led Housing Provider we do so much more; with everything from helping local people with Jobs and Skills, getting involved in a wide range of Environmental Projects and helping people to Live Well.
We work with the local community and partners to host a wide range of community events and activities and hire out our venues including Perry Common Community Hall.
