Witton Lodge Community Association (WLCA) is a community landlord with a portfolio of over 200 homes across North Birmingham.

We offer 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties for rent, as well as apartments in our Independent Living Scheme, Sycamore Court.

Our Waiting List is currently open for 4-bedroom homes and 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows.

We provide high quality and well managed Affordable and Market Rent Homes within the B23/B44 locality. Rents for our Market Rent homes start from £750 per calendar month.

Reporting a Repair

Whether you are already a WLCA tenant or are interested in renting one of our properties, we are here to support and help you with helpful advice and information.

Every WLCA tenant is important to us.  We aim to provide an excellent service by answering questions and dealing with any issues when they arise.

If you’re a tenant who needs to report a n issue, request a repair, make a payment please email our Homes and Property Officer at Carol.grant@wittonlodge.org.uk or call Carol on  0121 382 1930

You can also request a repair out of hours on 0300 790 6555.

If your repair is an emergency, a gas leak/electrical sparks or a leak that cannot be contained, please call the out of hours number on 0300 790 6555.

If Tenants are unable to undertake the repair they can completed by our Trusted Hands handyman Service for a competitive price. Please call Jo on 0121 386 4724 for more information.

Reporting a Repair

Witton Lodge Community Association is responsible for the majority of repairs that may arise in your home. It is important that you notify us of any repairs to ensure your home remains in a good condition.  Repairs can be reported by contacting us on 0121 382 1930.

There are a number of internal and external repairs that our tenants are responsible for. These Tenant Responsibility Repairs are listed in your Tenancy Welcome Pack.

If you are unable to undertake a Tenant Responsibility Repair, we have our Trusted Hands Service, where one of our team can complete the repair, for as little as £15. Please call Joann Reynolds on 0121 386 4724 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday for more information about this service.

Trusted Hands Maintenance Service

Trusted Hands is a professional, friendly and trustworthy service providing reliable maintenance support for residents across our community. Witton Lodge Community Association created this service to support people in our community to access cost effective, expert support to maintain homes and gardens.

We provide professional support and maintenance including gardening, cleaning and DIY and we can also be on hand to accompany you or a loved one to appointments etc.

Our Trusted Hands service is available for everyone within our community to access and all Trusted Hands staff are DBS checked to confirm their suitability for working with vulnerable people.
