We actively work with employers from a range of sectors to create training and development programmes that prepare our participants for sustainable employment.

Our previous programmes include f-AME (Future in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering) and Achieve Your Potential, both of which were commissioned by the West Midlands Combined Authority.

These courses included detailed initial assessments; helping individuals to determine their starting points and draw up Individual Learning Plans. Participants are also able to access wrap-around support, including travel, housing, benefits, domestic violence and a range of other wellbeing services.
