At Witton Lodge Community Association, we’re proud to provide free, friendly advice and support to residents across the Erdington constituency – helping people find their way through life’s challenges with practical, trusted support close to home.

From benefits guidance and housing advice to energy support, our team is here to listen, explain the options and help residents access the help they’re entitled to. Our benefits support covers everything from PIP, Universal Credit and Pension Credit to Blue Badge applications and much more.

We also hold four advice sessions every week, giving residents regular opportunities to get support with household bills and benefits. And, working with partners, we’re bringing a mobile advice van to Erdington High Street – making it even easier for residents to access on-the-spot advice and support in the heart of their community.

Through our energy efficiency support service, we help residents save money on their gas and electricity bills, make their homes warmer for winter and understand their bills and tariffs – so they feel informed, confident and in control of their energy use.

We’re proud to join Advice UK in celebrating the vital impact of advice services and the dedicated people who deliver them. Advice services are essential local services – they help people understand their rights, access support and resolve problems before they become crises.
