Witton Lodge Community Association is a dynamic community association and landlord providing homes, community facilities and a range of flourishing community services in North Birmingham.

We have a fantastic vacancy to fill at Witton Lodge Community Association!

This important role involves delivering vital Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) support to help residents access welfare and benefits, alongside practical energy and cost-of-living advice through supporting people in managing bills, reducing fuel use, and accessing grants or financial help, with a focus on empowering marginalized communities to increase their self-help skills,
benefits knowledge, and energy literacy.

As part of the role, you will work closely with the community, staff, volunteers, and wider stakeholders to build a sustainable IAG service that meets local needs and improves people’s wellbeing and financial stability. Your work will make a real difference in helping individuals understand their options and access the support they need.
