Witton Lodge Community Association (WLCA) is a charity operating in the Witton Lodge and Erdington areas, providing a range of community services and social housing. WLCA is undertaking an ambitious redevelopment project to transform the former Erdington Baths into an Enterprise Hub. To facilitate this project, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be established.

We have an excellent tender opportunity for suitably qualified Rating Surveyors, for an advisory role at this stage. The selected surveyor will:

• Develop a strategic approach to minimize business rates liability for the Enterprise Hub.
• Provide expert recommendations to ensure minimal financial burden on WLCA and occupiers.
• Outline legal and regulatory considerations in structuring the rating liability.
• Submit a comprehensive report detailing findings and recommended actions.
