Witton Lodge Community Association is inviting tenders for a unique project to transform Erdington Baths into an Enterprise Hub.

Business Planning Services experts are being sought to assist a project that aims to establish the new community facility at the heart of the district.

Erdington Public Baths has been vacant since its closure in 2014. Successful funding applications to The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) have provided capital to support the refurbishment of the building.

Witton Lodge has appointed an architectural firm to produce a detailed technical report and we now seek to appoint an experienced Business Planning Consultancy to complete our team of specialists to support successful project delivery.
