EMPLOYMENT COACH

£20,000 – £24,000

37 hrs per week – Fixed term – 2 Years

Our Flourishing Community Programme co-produces and delivers a variety of economic, health, social and environmental initiatives that improve the quality of life for our tenants and residents. As part of our growing employment support agenda we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employment Coach.

With a proactive work-first approach, you will support NEET and unemployed young people (15-29) into work. People focussed, you will use a mix of holistic support, challenge and mentoring techniques to achieve results and ensure young people progress into positive destinations – keeping a focus on achieving sustainable employment at all times.
