Training Delivered for Royal Mail

With Christmas just around the corner, Employment and Skills staff from Witton Lodge have been supporting a Royal Mail recruitment drive.

A series of training workshops delivered at Oikos Cafe in Erdington provided learners with an insight into current roles and opportunities with the postal giant.

Following an informal presentation the candidates (from Erdington Job Centre) were issued with a series of competence tasks and tests, delivered by Employment and Skills Tutor, Tony Bartley. Five of them are now in the process of securing part-time and full-time roles with Royal Mail.

It is the first time Witton Lodge has worked with the global courier and forms part of the Association’s ongoing, accredited f-AME training programme.

For details on how our employment and skills training courses could help you, call Tony Bartley now on 0121 382 1930.
