The Coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdowns has seen the majority of our support activities move online.
Since last April sessions around Health and Wellbeing and Employment and Skills have been delivered on digital platforms like Zoom.
Working in partnership with key organisations like Mind, Rucha Nutrition and The Active Wellbeing Society and supported by industry professionals like qualified physiotherapist Sonia Kumar, we have continued to reach people across the North Birmingham community, providing help and hope where it has been needed most.
To underline this commitment and extend our provision and brand new Flourishing Community Activities Calendar has been created.

There are sessions on every day of the week covering subjects like mental health, exercise, nutrition, job applications, benefits and talking therapies.
