We are always looking to improve our services. To do this we would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions. There are many ways you can do this:
Our Tenants Forums are an excellent opportunity for you to get involved and have a say on the delivery of our housing services. As an organisation, we pride ourselves on listening to tenants views and, wherever possible, acting upon these as quickly as we can. Where this is not possible, we will always explain why. But to do this, we need to hear from you!
Housing Advice Surgeries
We aim to be as approachable as we can. We are happy to answer any questions in person at our office in Perry Common Community Hall, by phone or email.
Our Housing Advice Surgeries are an excellent opportunity to speak to the housing team directly about any housing issues; whether this is to report a repair, ask about making a payment, discuss anti-social behaviour or any other issues that you may have. Unlike the Tenants Forums, these surgeries are confidential, so you can be assured that any information you discuss, will be kept in strictest confidentiality.
Our Housing Advice Surgeries are held every Monday 12-1pm at Perry Common Community Hall, 87 Witton Lodge Road, Perry Common, B23 5JD.
For residents of Sycamore Court, there is also an advice surgery every Monday from 1-2pm.
WLCA in partnership with Birmingham City Council; Bromford Housing and Viridian Housing conduct an Estate Walkabout on the second Thursday of each month; starting at 10am at Perry Common Community Hall.
The Estate Walkabout lasts for one hour and is a great opportunity to highlight issues that matter to you on your estate.
For any further information, please contact Alisha Vale, ‘Homes and Property Officer’ on 0121 386 4724, email Alisha.Vale@wittonlodge.org.uk or come into our office at Perry Common Community Hall, between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
