Employment support training for people who want to pursue a career in customer service is being delivered free of charge by Witton Lodge Community Association.
The Customer Service Level 2 course runs throughout the year and provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a variety of roles across a range of industries.
Employment Coach, Nargas said; “This qualification will help learners develop essential knowledge of how to carry out all those tasks which are necessary to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
“It is a very worthwhile qualification which can be used to pursue employment across a wide variety of different sectors.”
The six-week distance learning course requires candidates to work through a work-book with the support of their tutor.
An induction will take place prior to the start of the training to outline the contents of the course; which is a follows:
• Understanding customer service
• How legal and ethical requirements relate to customer service
• How to deliver effective customer service
• The management of customer service information
• Customer service delivery
• The relationship between customer service and a brand
The work-book will also include a series of activities to support candidates’ learning.
