We have launched new employability skills training every Monday at our new Erdington Wellbeing Hub.
Sessions takes place from 10am-12.30pm and 1-4pm.

It’s important to know how to impress and think on your feet. Walk confidently into your next interview.
Equality and Diversity

Teamworking at work
Learners on the course will learn what teamwork is, and the different types of team and group personalities. It will equip learners with the tools to build effective relationships, highlight positive and negative characteristics and what motivates a team.
Communication at work
Aims to increase your understanding of communication skills and to help you to consider how your communication could be perceived by others. You’ll cover areas such as verbal and non-verbal communication, written communication and using your communication skills in challenging and diverse situations.
Refers to a person spotting a business opportunity and setting up a business. Business ideas come about for several reasons. Often this is because a person may feel that they or others have a need that is not being met, they want to make a social difference, or they want to make money.

It’s two topics per session on a four-week cycle.
