WLCA offers a wide range of support services to help our tenants and residents of all ages to find a job and training to support this. We offer the following:
- IAG (Information Advice and Guidance) sessions which are arranged with an Employment Adviser. These are an ideal opportunity to discuss your situation and the help and support we can provide going forward.
- An Assessment Needs Analysis complete with an Action Plan to ensure we provide you with the correct advice and support.
- Advice on training courses accredited and non-accredited delivered locally.
- Self-Development / Employability workshops.
Our Job Club is held weekly on Tuesdays 10am-1pm and Thursday afternoons 1–4pm at Perry Common Community Hall, 87 Witton Lodge Road, Perry Common, B23 5JD. It is the ideal place to discuss anything about Jobs & Skills. No appointment is needed, just come along for FREE and impartial advice.
