As your landlord, we are here to help and enjoy speaking with every WLCA tenant.  To make it as easy as possible to report a repair, we have the following options.

When reporting your repair to us, please provide as much information as possible about the repair, so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 

Call Us

Call our office on 0121 382 1930 from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and speak directly to a member of our team.

 

Come And Speak To Us

Come to our office at Perry Common Community Hall and speak to a member of the team in person. Our normal office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Report A Repair Out Of Hours

If your repair is an emergency and you need to call us outside our normal office hours, please call 0300 790 6560.

We do ask that this number is only used for emergency repairs.  Please contact us during our office hours for all other repairs – and we will endeavour to deal with your repair as quickly as possible.

 

Report A Repair Online

Please use the form below to report your repair online. Please provide as much detail for the team as possible, with your name, address, type of repair and a description of the repair. You can also add photos to highlight the problem – so we can see what you can.

A member of our housing team will then be in contact to discuss the next steps.
