If You Have Any Concerns
As always we are here to help!
If you are struggling to pay your rent, it is important to contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we are aware of the situation. We can then offer assistance wherever possible and provide the details of other agencies that can also help out to resolve the issue.
You can pay your rent by Direct Debit directly to us. This provides a convenient way to transfer your money every month without having to bring cash to our office or wait for cheques to clear.
Rent Payment Card
This provides a convenient way to pay your rent without carrying cash. Tenants can pay their rent over the phone by calling Perry Common Community Hall on 0121 382 1930. You can also use the Rent Payment Card at any PayPoint in the country with the pink ‘PayPoint’ sign. A number of local shops offer this service but it can also be very useful if you are away from home and need to pay your rent.
Come Into Reception To Pay By Cash Or Cheque
We can take payments at our office here at Perry Common Community Hall. If you wish to pay by this method, our office hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
For your personal safety, we advise against carrying large amounts of money about your person and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of theft of money while en route to our office.
